How booking works

This is a small garden studio — five wheels, one kiln, limited seats. I confirm every request by email before anyone pays. That keeps groups the right size and gives you the side-yard studio notes before you arrive.

1. Send the form with what you want, how many people, and dates that work.
2. I reply within 1–2 business days to confirm or offer another time.
3. You hold the seat after I confirm. Payment details are shared once the date is yours. Studio location is shared after booking.

One-day classes and workshops are paid in full before the session. A multi-week series is held with 50%; the balance is due before the first meeting.

Cancellation: 14 or more days’ notice — full refund or the fee moved to another date. Inside 14 days — the one-day fee or the series deposit is kept (I’ll still move it if I can refill the seat). After a series starts, unused weeks are not refunded. Shop pieces and commissions: inquire, confirm, then payment. Class fees include materials unless noted. Throw & Finish pieces are glazed here and picked up after firing.

Studio location shared after booking. Response usually within 1–2 business days.
